On November 18th, Jianfeng Group signed a tripartite cooperation agreement with Chongqing Yuma State-owned Assets Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Dehua Venture Capital Co., Ltd. According to the agreement, 56.41% of the state-owned shares of Chongqing Fuyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. held by the former Chongqing Mengdian State-owned Assets and Resources Co., Ltd. were formally transferred to Jianfeng Group at no charge, which signified that the Jianfeng Group officially entered the Fuyuan Chemical Industry.
According to the tripartite cooperation agreement, Jianfeng Group will invest in Fuyuan Chemical in stages to develop a variety of chemical products including ammonium nitrate, which have good prospects, high output value and meet the national industrial development policy. It is understood that based on this strong alliance, Dianjiang plans to build a fine chemical base with an annual output value of 3 billion yuan in the future.
