GJS10 dry-mixed mortar complete production line is another new product launched by Fangyuan Group in the field of dry-mixed mortar equipment. The product adopts a stepped structure with a designed annual output of 100,000 tons, which consists of raw material storage and supply systems, weighing systems, agitation systems, finished product packaging systems, pneumatic systems, steel structures and electrical control systems. The production line uses machine-made sand as aggregate to avoid energy consumption and dust emissions from the drying system. Its main features are as follows:
First, the overall structure of a compact, small footprint, easy installation and debugging, suitable for indoor installation and production, does not affect the local city planning.
Second, the use of a wide range. The equipment can meet the different performance requirements of the dry mortar production needs, such as masonry mortar, plaster mortar, insulation mortar, decorative mortar and other dry-mixed mortar.
Third, the stirring system adopts twin-shaft stirring technology, allowing a certain proportion of large aggregates in the dry-mix mortar to meet the requirements of special working conditions.
Fourth, high measurement accuracy. The weighing system adopts a pressure sensor, and the outlet of the ingredient screw conveyor is provided with a pneumatic butterfly valve, which can effectively improve the metering accuracy.
Fifth, dust removal effect is good. The entire production line is equipped with main and passive dust collectors. The active dust remover is responsible for dust removal from the dust points of the temporary storage bins of the packaging machines and finished materials, and the passive dust collector is responsible for dust removal during loading of the cement bins.
