Chongqing Dajiang K-series heavy-duty axles formally put into the market

Recently, Chongqing Dajiang Industrial Co., Ltd. "Mike" brand axle and a new large-tonnage K series heavy-duty axle have been successfully launched. After the bridge was formally put on the market, it immediately received orders for small quantities.

The K-series axle is a new type of large-tonnage heavy-duty axle that is independently designed, produced and manufactured by Dajiang. The bridge is suitable for 70-gauge vehicles. The Dajiang K-series axle is a brand-new platform for the new axle. Its innovation and advancement lies in the fact that the front axle assembly uses cast I-beams as a whole. Compared with the current C30P front axle, its bearing capacity is at least 25 %, more suitable for use in mining areas; middle and rear axles are double-stage deceleration bridges with wheel reducer, rational design of main reducer, good support rigidity, combination of forced lubrication and splash lubrication.

The bridge adopts an integral differential between shafts to distribute the torque evenly. The through shaft adopts integral type and has strong rigidity. The reinforced cast axle housing has a reasonable structure, uniform wall thickness transition, strong bearing capacity, and greatly improved stiffness and strength. Reinforced drum brakes, three bridges are all using φ500 × 240 ultra-wide brake shoes, compared with the original φ500 × 200 brake shoes, braking performance is more reliable, longer life.

Feature:

It can be used for hammering to remove the riser, reduce the cleaning time, solve the flaw caused by cutting machine in removing the riser. It can reduce or avoid the heat in riser bottom to keep mechanical performance of the casting piece.

 Package and Storage:

 Pack in paper box or packed according to customers` requirement. Store in dry place to prevent moisture.
