Affected by the level of technology and funds, it is more difficult for individual enterprises to significantly increase their energy saving and emission reduction levels. To this end, China Plastics Industry Association is actively promoting contract energy management projects for plastics processing companies. It hopes to integrate a group of SMEs into energy-saving projects.
