Generally, only the last gear is allowed to be dialed (no drum is allowed to be dialed), otherwise the card phenomenon may occur.
2. In the long-term operation, the meter is aging, or the electric energy meter is not tightly sealed, resulting in excessive dust.
3. There is a problem with the production or design of the meter.
Pulseless output
Sometimes the meter is normal, but there is no pulse output. Possible reasons are:
1. Pulse line is desoldered and broken.
2. The pulse line fault causes the triode to be damaged or the PCB board line to be blown.
The meter does not enter the word
Possible reasons are:
1. Due to the weak soldering and continuous soldering of the PCB board, the required power supply current is too large.
2. Due to the quality problem of the step-down capacitor, the capacity is reduced and sufficient current is not supplied.
3. The breakdown voltage is broken down due to overvoltage, resulting in a decrease in capacity and insufficient current supply.
Increased error
The performance of the electric energy meter is too fast or too slow, the possible reasons are:
1. Due to changes in the soldering between the manganese-copper tabs, the current sample values ​​deviate, which is generally caused by humans.
2. The welding of the voltage adjustment circuit has a virtual welding or short circuit.
3. The crystal oscillator of the electronic component is destroyed, and timing disorder occurs.
