The average matching rate of parts and components for the seven major auto companies in Chongqing reaches 60%

The reporter learned from the Chongqing Municipal Economic Commission that the auto parts industry in Chongqing was driven by major host plants. Through the efforts of the parts and components companies and the promotion of the municipal auto office, Changan Ford Mazda, Changan, Changan Suzuki, Qingling, Heavy truck, Lifan Motors and Panan minicars are the seven major vehicle manufacturers. In 2008, the average local parts and components rate reached 60%, which was 18% higher than the 42% in 2005.

There are 973 automobile and motorcycle parts and components enterprises above designated size in the city, an increase of 120 over 2007, including 398 auto parts companies, an increase of 75 over 2007. Of the key parts and components companies, 6 (Zongshen Engine, Dajiang Xinda, Yinxiang, Lancangjiang, Hongyu, and Qingshan) are expected to have annual gross industrial output value of more than 1 billion yuan (including 1 billion yuan), which is more than in 2007. 1 company; 500-1000 million yuan (including 500 million yuan, not including 1 billion yuan) of 12 companies (Loncin, Jinyang, Haoya, Pingwei, Chang'an Jinling, Changan shock absorbers, fuel injection systems, Bonnet, Wangjiang Suzuki, Cheung Kong Electric, Zhicheng, and Kyrgyzstan peaks, two more than in 2007; 146 million yuan, an increase of 20 over 2007. Zongshen Engine, Lu'an Holdings, Qiongjiang, Hongyu, and Qingshan were rated as one of China's top 100 auto parts enterprises by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers.

Chongqing automobile and motorcycle parts enterprises mainly focus on 12 districts and counties in the one-hour economic circle. These areas have become Chongqing’s auto parts industry with fast development, relatively concentrated layout, and relatively high technological content. Chongqing is formed around Chang’an. The cluster of parts and components and the gear processing clusters in the Minjiang River have already begun to show their advantages. Chongqing automobile and motorcycle parts products are extended from simple mechanical processing to high-tech fields such as electromechanics and automotive electronics, and the structure is progressive and reasonable. For example, Qingshan Motor Co., Ltd. owns AMT automatic transmissions with independent intellectual property rights; Chongqing Fuel Injection System Co., Ltd. achieves State III emission standard electronically controlled oil pumps; and Lifan Company, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Silian Instrument Group, and Shenzhen Shenye Electronic Co., Ltd. jointly developed CAN. Bus, Electric Power Steering Device, etc.

Garbage Processing Equipment 

Living garbage disposal equipment has two system:

1. Garbage Sorting System

The equipment is applied to separate organic waste and inorganic waste from large-size refuse and processing them separately.

 

2. Biomass Pyrolysis Equipment

 

2.1 The combustible waste after sorting and shredding such as life rubber, plastics and knitted fabrics is conveyed into the low-temperature and anaerobic biomass decomposing processor. Through catalyzing and heating, oil gas is produced and then condensed into oil mixture by condenser. The remaining that can`t be liquefied is processed through gas purification system and then used to generate electricity by gas generator. The smoke after burning goes into smoke scrubbers so as to remove acid gas and dust, and then is discharged through chimney when it reaches relevant environmental standards. The residue from biomass decomposition is conveyed into carbon black collecting tanks through sealed screw, without any pollution.
