Feed off the arm chainstitch machine
1. The special structure of cantilever tubular is especially suitable for sleeves, trousers and such kind of caliber things joint sewing.
2. Give an advance on structure of tubular and fitted with strengthing parts, the machine will be working more steadily.
3. Mechanical double puller system (upper and lower) strengthen the transmission on fabric, the machine is more suitable for extra-thick material.
Features:
1. It uses cotton canvas or other materials as carcass and excellent heat resistant rubber as the covers.
2. Structure: Type I is same as general use conveyor belt; an insulation layer is added between the cover and carcass for Type II.
Types:
Classified into 4 types according to different testing temperature
- T1 Type: Stand a testing temperature ≤ 100℃
- T2 Type: Stand a testing temperature ≤ 125℃
- T3 Type: Stand a testing temperature ≤ 150℃
- T4 Type: Stand a testing temperature ≤ 175℃
