Liaoning Inspects Motor Vehicle Security Institutions for Supervision and Improves Capability
Recently, the Liaoning Provincial Bureau of Quality Supervision organized inspections of the inspection capabilities of some motor vehicle security inspection agencies to grasp the quality of motor vehicle safety inspections in the province, supervise the security inspection agencies to improve inspection capabilities and levels, and find weak links in security inspections. The items verified by the inspection capability of motor vehicle security agencies are the speedometer, axle (wheel) weightmeter, headlight detector left light, headlight detector right light, side slide, and brake station left axis. There are ten items including the right axis of the movable table, the left two axes of the brake table, the right two axes of the brake table, and the service brake. There are 38 inspection vehicles and 48 vehicle security inspection lines participating in this capacity verification.
A total of 922 sets of data were obtained for the capacity verification of this organization. There are 40 data with different degrees of issues, accounting for less than 5% of the total. From the data obtained from the 10 projects of this capacity verification, there are many problems with side slides, followed by brake stations. The data obtained by other projects deviate slightly from the situation and there are fewer relative issues.
Security verification for the motor vehicle inspection agencies the ability to work the problems, the Liaoning Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau has instructed relevant units, carefully analyze the reasons, look for lack of effective corrective actions. The security inspection agencies that have not participated in this capacity verification will be organized by the municipal quality supervision bureaus to carry out a focused self-examination to solve the problems existing in the inspection to ensure the quality of motor vehicle safety inspection work.
