Based on the “Injury Mode-based Development of an Intelligent Generation System for Fixed Pressure Vessels Periodic Inspection Scheme”, a fixed pressure vessel damage model database, a standard logic database, and a field detection database were constructed; based on the internal relationship between damage patterns and solid-to-capacity regulations, A typical fixed pressure vessel inspection test program and its inspection process were adopted; a multi-module and intelligent software system was developed using a database program and a visual programming language, and intelligent generation and application of a fixed pressure vessel regular inspection program was realized. The project applied for 1 patent, published 2 papers, registered 1 software copyright, completed the stipulations of the AQSIQ project plan, and agreed to pass the acceptance check.
The "Risk-Based Safety Assessment Technology for Extended LPG Cylinder Safety Bottles" builds a risk-based liquefied petroleum gas cylinder safety assessment system, establishes a cylinder fault tree and risk analysis matrix model, and develops an extended-period liquefied petroleum gas cylinder based on an expert system. The intelligent fault inquiry and safety assessment software proposes a risk assessment method for extended use of LPG cylinders in the extended period, and provides tools for fast failure inquiry, safety assessment and information management of LPG cylinders. The project applied for 2 patents, published and accepted 2 papers, registered 1 software copyright, drafted 1 draft standard of “Safety Inspection and Assessment of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Cylinders for Extended Use”, and completed the requirements of the AQSIQ project Indicators, agreed to pass the acceptance.
"Speed ​​Limiter Rope Tension Tester" analyzes the factors affecting elevator lifter force and speed limiter rope tension, researches and designs force measuring structure and its support, and has developed a portable, intelligent elevator speed limit. The rope tension testing device realizes the on-site detection of the rope tension of the elevator speed limiter and the lifting force of the safety gear. The project applied for 3 patents, completed 3 papers, and 1 set of “Speed ​​Limiter Rope Tension Tester”. It completed the targets specified in the mission statement of the AQSIQ project and agreed to pass the acceptance check.
It is reported that the Chifeng City Special Inspection Center has always placed scientific and technological innovation at the core of special inspection development, actively implemented the strategy of "scientific and technological inspection," and vigorously constructed a full-staff innovation mechanism to create a strong atmosphere of scientific and technological innovation in the institute.
