2. Appearance and structure requirements

(3) Buttons and switches: The operation should be flexible and reliable, the parts and components should be fastened without looseness, and the marks should be clear; the seals should be clear, and the product certificates and labels should be clear, not misunderstood, and not easy to wipe.
(4) Protection capability: the mainframe and power boxes installed outdoors should meet the requirements of IP33; extensions, management machines, modulators, decoders, video distributors, sensor reading heads, power boxes, alarm input devices, and alarm output devices should Meet the requirements of IP30; the host shell should have protective measures to prevent abnormal disassembly.

4. System configuration requirements
(1) Management center: A color visual management center machine is installed in the management center, and the management center machine conducts visual intercom with the door phone of the household through the system connection, so as to realize the mutual call and conversation function between the user and the center.
(2) Building unit door: A visitor intercom door phone with a black and white camera head is installed at the door of each building unit for users to confirm the identity of the visitor and unlock the unit door. The user can monitor the situation of the door, and can directly talk to the management center; set a personal unlocking password to unlock the door of the access unit; in addition, the owner can use the set ID card to unlock the access control by swiping the card.
(3) User indoor unit: Install a black-and-white indoor intercom video user indoor unit with monitoring function in each user's residence, which can not only unlock the door, but also directly call the management center in a hands-free state. Can actively call residents, the system requires emergency button to realize emergency help.
5. Basic functional requirements
(1) Call function: After the host and extension are connected, two-way conversation can be realized, the voice quality is clear, and there should be no ringing.
(2) Monitoring function: After the host and the extension are connected, the real-time images of visitors captured by the host can be monitored on the extension monitor to identify the visitors.
(3) Networking function: Two-way conversation can be realized between each extension and the management machine.
(4) Emergency call function: When an emergency occurs in the household room, an emergency call and the address code corresponding to each household can be sent to the management machine through the extension.
(5) Information release function: The management center should be able to send pictures and text messages to the indoor unit. The indoor unit can display information content on a full screen.
(6) Alarm function: professional zone alarms can be set up in the households, and multiple alarm interface methods such as emergency buttons, infrared detectors, gas detectors, door and window magnets can be provided, and alarms can be sent to the property immediately when an intrusion occurs inside the house In the security center, the indoor unit should have security functions.
