1. Overall Structure
Using UG (finite element) analysis, through computer aid design, with nice appearance.
The entire machine is fully steel welded structure, with excellent rigidity and stability.
Using German technology to eliminate internal stress.
Entire frame using striking grit to get rid of rust and spout anticorrosive paint.

2. Hydraulic system
Advanced hydraulic integrated system is employed and the pipeline connection is minimized, to ensure the system reliability and safety.
Pressure device: It is consisted of some pressure feed cylinders installed at support board in front of machine frame. Pressure head press down against the pull force of stress spring, press plate tightly. After finishing cutting, the cylinders are reset by the pull force of stress spring. The pressure is bigger as thicker as the thickness of plate.

3. Electrical control system
Electric components and material are accord with international standard, safety and reliable, long life.
The power of the machine is 60 Hz; 220V 3-phase electricity is 1-phase 36V. Control converter use 2-phase 220V. The out-put 36V of control converter control circuit and alight bulb. The voltage of magnetic exchange valve is 27V. The voltage of display bulb is 6V. And the other control component is 24V.
The control box is at the left. The all operation buttons fixed on button board at front except foot brake SF. The symbol of each function operation is displayed on above.

4. Delem DAC360 CNC Control System
Operater need to input the data of the sheet thickness, type of material, cutting length, retraction and the X-Axis Value,
Then the CNC will calculate the cutting angle, blade gap and cutting stroke Automatically.

Sand Base Aac Manufacturing Plant, which is a AAC block production process with sand as the main material, a complete process mainly includes crusher, ball mills, bucket elevator, mixing center, pouring machine, autoclave, crane, cutting machine boiler , dust collectors and so on, the dimension of the block is adjustable. The crusher is used to crush the lime into small gravel for further grinding purpose, one Ball Mill is to grind the sand into powder and the other one is to grind lime. After batching and thoroughly mixing, the slurry is poured into a mound, where the green cake will go through several different processes such as pre-curing, cutting and curing in the autoclave. Then the finished AAC block is produced and can be delivered to the market.
