On the morning of February 6th this year, the Economic Investigation Team of Zengcheng Public Security Bureau received a report from Wan Mou, a salesman of the Guangdong Provincial Agricultural Machinery Corporation. At the beginning of this year, a man who claimed to be surnamed Huang purchased two units from the company for 16.25 million yuan.
