· IEC drafts two international standards for electric vehicle replacement systems
Recently, the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) Electric Road Vehicles and Electric Commercial Trucks Technical Committee (TC69) recently held the fourth working group meeting of electric vehicle battery replacement system standards in Paris, France. The meeting mainly discussed China's proposed IEC 62840 PART1 (electric Two general international standards for automotive battery replacement systems and IEC 62840 PART2 (Safety Requirements for Electric Vehicle Battery Replacement Systems).
It is understood that the two draft international standards were drafted by Guodian NARI Technology Co., Ltd. Experts from China, France, Germany, South Korea and Switzerland attended the meeting. The focus of IEC/TC69 is to study advanced technologies and continue to develop common standards for ensuring personnel safety, measuring vehicle performance and ensuring interchangeability; IEC62840 electric vehicle replacement system standards are applied by State Grid Corporation on behalf of China. The drafting work was started in June 2012 and November 2013 respectively. This working group meeting discussed IEC 62840 PART1 in the draft of the working group and IEC 62840 PART2 in the draft stage of the committee. The working group meeting discussed the relevant amendments proposed by national experts and deployed the next steps.
According to the plan, PART1 plans to submit the draft committee to the TC69 Secretariat in mid-June this year. The draft technical specification can be completed as early as December 2014 and will be released in early 2015. PART2 is scheduled to be submitted to the TC69 Secretariat in November 2014 to form the second edition of the draft committee. The committee will vote in July 2015 and the final international standard draft will be completed in early 2016.

S+Z No-torque is widely used for knitting high grade end flat fabric.
