As the main body of the project, Zhejiang Bayong Highway Engineering Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary of Bayong Group, has the national first-grade general contracting construction qualification and nearly 30 years of road construction experience. Under the national “Belt and Road” initiative, the company entered overseas markets in 2015 and won the bid for a large-scale infrastructure project in Ethiopia with three other companies in May 2018. Bayong Highway Engineering Co., Ltd. will be responsible for the construction of the western Egypt road. The construction period is 3 years, with a total investment of 385 million yuan.

The six Hitachi construction excavators delivered this time are: two ZX360K-5A, three ZX210H-5A and one ZX210K-5A.
