1. The ARD-YAMAHA feeder is designed to easily receive power through a probe, eliminating wiring issues. It is fully compatible with original YAMAHA feeders, allowing you to load bulk materials without removing the feeder. This significantly increases the efficiency of the production line by up to five times.



2. The AREED electric feeder offers a wide range of component sizes and is compatible with both PC tape and paper tape. It supports switching between 2mm and 4mm widths. One ARD-YV-08 feeder can replace three original ones. The key controller board includes gear shift, Y-axis fine adjustment, alarm functions, forward/backward control, and a digital display for better user experience.



3. The feeder features a right-top stripping mechanism with an internal storage compartment, and a removable hanging material system for non-stop loading. It uses an independent working motor with a metal meshing gear system. Sensors detect any malfunction, and the red light alerts users when an error occurs.



4. Replacing traditional cylinder driving with a stepper motor, this feeder improves feeding speed and accuracy while extending the life of the equipment by at least five years. A dual-finger safety switch prevents circuit overload and avoids malfunctions caused by improper installation.
