Functions and Features:
1. The ARD-YAMAHA feeder is designed for easy power reception via a probe, eliminating the need for complicated wiring. It is fully compatible with original YAMAHA feeders, allowing bulk loading without removing the feeder, thereby increasing line efficiency by up to 5 times.
2. The AREED electric feeder offers a wide range of component sizes and is compatible with both PC tape and paper tape packaging. It supports switching between 2mm and 4mm. One ARD-YAMAHA-08 feeder can replace three original ones. The key controller board features gear shifting, Y-axis fine adjustment, alarm functions, forward/backward operation, and a digital display screen that is both attractive and practical.
3. The feeder includes a right-top stripping mechanism with an internal storage compartment and a removable hanging material system, enabling true non-stop reloading. It uses an independent motor with a metal meshing gear coil system. Sensors detect issues when rods malfunction, and the red light flashes to alert users of errors.
4. Replacing the traditional cylinder drive with a stepper motor significantly improves feeding speed and precision, extending the machine’s lifespan by five years or more. A dual-finger safety cut-off switch prevents circuit overload and avoids malfunctions caused by improper installation.
Hot air enters the stirring part of drying chamber from the bottom, material is stirred by stirring device and then the hot air exerts strong shearing, blowing, floating and rotating effect to material. Therefore material is crushed by centrifugal, shearing, impacting and friction effect. It strengthens the heat exchanging process. In the bottom of drying chamber, big and damp granules are crushed by stirring device, the particles with low moisture content and small size are lifted by rotary air stream, and be further dried. Gas and solid two phases rotary flow, inertia of solid phase is bigger than gas phase, the relative velocity between gas phase and solid phase is high, heat exchanging efficiency is strengthened, so the drying intensity of this machine is high.
