1. General Introduction
The ISO17357:2014 compliant floating pneumatic rubber fender is an essential anti-collision device used in marine applications worldwide. It is constructed from synthetic cord-reinforced rubber sheets filled with compressed air, allowing it to float on the water surface and act as a shock absorber during ship-to-ship transfers, ship-to-dock berthing, and mooring operations.

2. Construction Features
The floating pneumatic rubber fender consists of multiple layers, including an outer rubber layer, synthetic tire cord reinforcement, and an inner air chamber. These layers are vulcanized together and then inflated with compressed air to enable buoyancy and performance.
