This machine usually works with a beveling batcher.

1. A stepless speed change system is applied on the main shaft and round blade, allowing free speed adjustment and front-reverse cutting control switch availability.

2. Imported ball bearing slide rail is used for parallel cutting width. With imported precious ball screw and slide rail, cutting width can be controlled for high-precision cutting.

3. Frequency control system is used to control blade speed, stepless adjustment is used to control cutting speed against wear and for high-quality strip cutting.

4. The operation interface is a programmable control screen in Chinese version where you can input cutting width and quantity settings. It also has the function to shift between manual and automatic operations.

5. Quick feeding design makes it possible to feed and discharge by only one action.

What are the advantages of wear-resistant steel plate :

1, good impact resistance

Wear-resisting composite steel plate uses low carbon steel or low alloy, stainless steel and other toughness as the base material. The metal material not only has good wear resistance, but also can withstand impact and abrasion from high drop and fall during transportation.

2, better heat resistance
