The locomotive production part is precisely the part of the entire railway system that has a relatively high level of marketization. Elevated competition, even if it is not normal, illegal rent-seeking can not be avoided. It can be seen that such marketization is problematic in itself.

A perfect market should first be clear in property rights. However, under the existing conditions, the absence of the owners of state-owned enterprises seems to be a problem that cannot be solved for a while. Therefore, under the limited market, the establishment of rules and their strength are very important. . The market economy under modern technology conditions is complex. In order to control the technology and manage the huge system of socialized large-scale division of labor, people establish various rules. It can be seen that the word “market” does not mean to pay for goods, but rather includes a series of basic conditions. Without these basic conditions, there is no real market. How can we talk about marketization? In reality, in the rapid development of China's economy, power ties and relationships in public construction and operations have played a significant role. Due to the lack of perfect rule of law and public supervision to protect rules from project approval, equipment bidding, construction, daily operation, equipment maintenance, etc., this makes various technical systems weak – tendering becomes a cut-off, and supervision becomes a blending The market that has lost the rules of protection is no longer the market. As for the marketization, it is even more lulled. Then, it is not surprising that extravagance and astronomical prices are filled with purchase orders from various departments and companies.

However, this exposure of luxury cars, still with its boldness, depth, intensity of the report for the public in the sky-high price of smoke, wine, chandeliers ugly fatigue caused a tingling and excitement.
