Instructions:

1. First, install the plug of the measuring sensor on the instrument, and the sensor should be in an idle state.

2. Press “Power” key to start automatically. At this time, the microcomputer processor will automatically detect and compensate the measurement sensor, the instrument itself and the ambient temperature. The monitor will display the ambient temperature value for three seconds. When the detection is normal, the instrument will eventually display “ 00.0% moisture", moisture measurement can be performed at this time.

3, the choice of species: long press the "function" selection button for three seconds, heard a "click" after the species selection, each press the key to select a measurement species, when the species is selected not to Press the "function" button, two seconds later, the microcomputer processor will be long-term memory, and is not affected by the instrument switch.

4. When the clamp handle is clamped during measurement, the positioning files of the two clamp handles are in contact. The data displayed on the display screen is the moisture value of the measured grain. This moisture value includes the temperature compensation.

5. When the moisture value of the tested species is excessive, the instrument will display the flashing “99.9” alarm character.

6. After the measurement is completed, press and hold the “Power” button for three seconds. The instrument will shut down when you hear a “beep”. If you do not measure it within twenty minutes, the instrument will automatically shut down, thereby prolonging the battery life.

Instrument error elimination: When there is a significant error between the measured value of the instrument and the actual water content of the product, the following methods can be used to eliminate it:

Precautions:

1. The instrument measuring sensor should be kept clean and dry. If there is data display when there is no measuring sample in the display, the instrument or sensor is damp, please dry in the sun or blow dry with a hair dryer. The instrument itself should avoid violent vibration, so as not to damage the LCD monitor, packaged with a complete application jacket to avoid moisture.

2. The impurities in the test varieties have a great influence on the test results. The impurities should be removed after the measurement.

3. When the instrument displays a "low voltage" character, replace the battery in time. Otherwise, the measurement accuracy will be affected.

4. When the instrument moves in different ambient temperatures, it should be measured after the temperature is balanced, otherwise it will affect the moisture content of the measured species.
