Plan layout design should pay attention to the following points:

(4) Arranging equipment or functional rooms according to the technological process of the computer system, and properly organizing the rational flow of information flow, should make the route of circulation and the walking route of the personnel as short as possible, and the personnel should avoid reciprocating flow by one-way flow.
(5) The safety exit of the engine room area shall not be less than two, and it shall be located at both ends of the engine room area. The opening direction shall meet the design requirements of the fire protection code, and the size of the door shall facilitate the access of the equipment.
(6) There should be no stepping within the range of 1.4m inside and outside the evacuation exit.
(7) Deformation seams and expansion joints should not pass through the host room.
(8) The step width of indoor and outdoor steps in the engine room area should not be less than 0.3m, the height should not be greater than 0.15m and should not be less than 0.1. The step should be non-slip, the number of steps should not be less than 2, and when the height difference is less than 2, the ramp should be Settings.
(9) The indoor ramp should not be greater than 1:8. When the equipment enters the ramp with difficulty, the ramp should not be greater than 1:5.
(10) The space between the cylinders should be close to the protection zone, and the door between the cylinders should not be within the protection zone.

(12) If an old building is rebuilt, the doors, windows, holes, or projections that affect evacuation should not be placed on the interior walls of the original building stairwells and front rooms.
(13) The fire control room shall be set to an outdoor safety exit.
