Practice has proved that in the scene of no gas flow, when the vortex flow sensor is in a changing magnetic field, the vortex flowmeter sensor will induce an error signal to output when the magnetic field changes, and when the change is over, the instrument is in a stable state. 1) Due to the high temperature and high humidity of the coke oven gas, there will be moisture in the gas delivery process. The flow of gas drives the water to reciprocate and fluctuate, creating a pulsating flow. When the vortex flow sensor is in this fluid state, the output data suddenly changes to large and small, and it cannot reflect the production status at all.

2) As the coke oven gas has many impurities, it is easy to crystallize, and the impurities condense on the sensor head, thus causing measurement inaccuracy. When the temperature rises, the impurities volatilize, the sensitivity increases, and the signal increases; on the contrary, it decreases. As a result, data is unstable.

3) The pressure line is not true during the wiring process of the instrument, which causes intermittent signals in the transmission process.

4) The instrument ground wire does not meet the specification requirements, so that the 50Hz interference in the strong electricity enters, when the normal signal is higher than 50Hz, it outputs the normal signal, otherwise it will output the wrong signal.

LUGB-80 vortex flowmeter solution:

1) During the installation and connection of the instrument, ensure that each link is accurate, including the inspection of the site before installation, the wiring of the instrument during the installation, and the grounding of the system, so as to ensure that real data can be detected and accurately detected. Output.

2) For the measurement system in operation, the method of "dual-rail metering control, comparison and confirmation" and the "replacement method" can be used to confirm and eliminate the failure of the measuring instrument in operation.

3) Periodically clean the instrument as a whole. If necessary, the sensor head of the instrument can be purged to avoid the condensation of impurities at the sensor head. In the cold season, the addition of heat tracing devices in the straight section of the metering section and the meter section also helps to reduce the condensation of impurities at the meter.

4) Regularly drain the pipeline, especially the water in front of the straight pipeline, and set up regular discharge according to specific conditions to reduce the water content in the measurement pipeline segment as much as possible to eliminate the pulsation in the fluid.

5) Strengthen the management of the vortex flowmeter metering system data, set up the timing printing function, and analyze the operation of the instrument according to the print data and the production status.
