2, semi-contracted type:

Since some mold factories have not reached a certain scale, after receiving orders, their own processing equipment cannot provide the processing of molds. The manufacturer will also provide the structure chart of the mold or 3D data, and then make a quotation to the teacher who pays for the mold. During the manufacturing process, the manufacturer will also track the progress of mold processing from time to time. After the mold test, it will also test the product and check the mold before shipment. This method is slightly superior to the above, but it also has its shortcomings. The advantages of this type of mold: it can guarantee the progress of the mold processing, and also can meet the customer's requirements for the life of the mold. The main reason is that in the process of making molds, those who manufacture molds do not have to worry about saving material problems or processing costs as long as they take into account the adjustment of mold processing time and quality assurance. Coupled with the supervision of mold manufacturers.

Disadvantages: Accuracy and quality often do not meet customer requirements. As the manufacturers failed to provide good equipment, some of the processing can only be put into the external processing, while the external processing is too speedy to pursue, so the precision and quality of machining are ignored. For the back mold manufacturing will bring some unnecessary trouble. Although such molds can be easily managed by enterprises, there is currently no company in Huangyan that can manage well. It is normal that time and quality cannot meet the requirements.

3, self production type:

This class is for a certain size of the mold manufacturers, they have a complete set of equipment for manufacturing molds, fully capable of self-production, from the design of the mold to the completion of the mold manufacturing, and the shipment of the mold are all resolved in the factory . Therefore, regardless of the mold manufacturing cycle, mold life, accuracy, quality can be guaranteed.

At present, such companies are very rare in Huangyan, and they are quite high in terms of mold prices. Therefore, customers are also cited as leading domestic large-scale enterprises or well-known foreign companies.

4, individual units:

In addition to the above several types of mold manufacturing, in Huangyan there is another type, they are not through the mold manufacturers but the self-employed directly to the mold, this type has a good advantage is that the mold price is cheaper, time can guarantee, quality It is the same as semi-contracted type. However, this kind of security is not certain to the customer. It is generally conducted by acquaintances.
