Overstaying fee

Cash lease
All cash leases must meet the current standard cash requirements of Love. When booking a cash lease, the customer should contact Elemis to find out the current cash condition requirements for Elemis, including the presentation of a valid passport and return ticket at the time of leasing. Cash requirements vary from place to place and will change. Some locations may require that a credit card be provided at the point of rental, and the customer may pay in cash when the customer returns the car.
We require cash payment customers to pay deposits, as follows:

American Car Rental Strategy : Paying Local Surcharges and Fees

Unless otherwise stated, surcharges including California VLF taxes, and other government-mandated or imposed surcharges, royalties, airport construction and facility fees, and optional items such as collision damage exemption exemption protection , fuel costs, additional driver fees, and hire fees are all additional costs. Cancellation fee
For customers who cancel their booking seven days or more before picking up, we do not charge fees. If you cancel your booking after this time, the following fees apply:
