The United States made a breakthrough in unlimited energy fusion power generation

A U.S. startup says it made a breakthrough in creating infinite energy in fusion power generation. TriAlphaEnergy said they have created a machine that will hold the thermal plasma for 5 milliseconds at a temperature of 10 million degrees Celsius (18 million degrees Fahrenheit). If this is true, it turns out that nuclear fusion may become a reality someday in the future, and the world will no longer rely on fossil fuels.

Hydrogen atoms are placed under high temperature and pressure, until the fusion into helium atoms. The deuteron and tritium fusion can form a helium nucleus, a neutron and a huge energy, but need to heat hydrogen atoms to 3 billion degrees Celsius fusion reaction, which is higher than the surface temperature of the sun. A strong magnetic field is used to keep the plasma away from the outer wall so that the plasma will not cool and lose potential energy. The fusion reaction occurs after the plasma is fixed for a long enough time. This is a relatively simple concept, but the challenge is to heat the gas to such a high temperature. At present, no known material can withstand this high temperature.
