Low-grade fluorite barite flotation separation

A low-grade fluorite barite flotation separation method, using water glass as an inhibitor of siliceous minerals and calcium carbonate minerals, using oleic acid as a collector of fluorite and barite, using starch, sodium sulfate, hydrochloric acid, sodium hexametaphosphate phosphorus as inhibitors of mineral barite. The invention can effectively separate the low-grade fluorite and barite flotation, and after the grade of the ore fluorite is 33.92%~40.14%, and the barite grade is 34.67%-35.33%, the mixture is separated by the mixed flotation. The fluorite concentrate with a grade of more than 95% and a recovery rate of 75.5% to 78.5%; a barite grade of 92.3% to 93.27% and a recovery rate of 75.2% to 79.73% of barite concentrate.

FR-4 and G-10 are the most versatile all-around of the laminate grades and are made by impregnating an epoxy resin binder into continuous glass woven fabric. Whether wet or dry, G10/FR4 has extremely high mechanical stability, superior dielectric loss properties, and good electric strength properties. As a result, G10 and FR4 are widely used in the electronics field; with water absorption measuring virtually zero, it is an excellent insulator. Differing between G10 and FR4, FR4 is a fire-retardant grade of G10 and can be safely substituted when G10 is called out. Oppositely, G10 can never be substituted when FR4 is called for.

Description:

This glass-epoxy laminate is specified for its extremely high strength and high dimensional stability over temperature. G-11 is used for terminal boards, high humidity applications, electrical and electronic test equipment and electric rotor insulation. G-11 is difficult to cut or machine and may require special equipment.

G-10 is slightly Stronger while G-11 is a better insulator and can withstand higher temperature G-11 and similar fibreglass reinforced thermosets are sometimes known as Garolite.
