[China Instrument Network Instrument R&D] Recently, the large-diameter and M-value measuring equipment for spline products independently developed by the National Oceanic Oil and Gas Resource Development Equipment Industry Measurement Center of Zhejiang Measurement Institute (formerly) was officially delivered to enterprises, helping the company transform and upgrade.

The gear is the main transmission mechanism of the ship's power system. Since the detection of the gear module of the enterprise requires every inspection and a large amount of detection, a measurement test instrument capable of rapidly detecting the module of the gear is urgently needed. The existing testing equipment of the company is inefficient in operation and cannot meet the simultaneous measurement of internal and external tooth module numbers.

The technical staff of the National Marine Oil and Gas Resource Development Equipment Industry Measurement Center technical staff has discussed several technical discussions with enterprise inspection personnel and designed a highly efficient gear M value measuring instrument incorporating a digital display module, a precision grating scale, a high-precision probe, and a precision lifting table. The device is easy to measure and can simultaneously satisfy all kinds of internal and external gear teeth and multi-height tooth surface module measurement. Through on-site measurement experiments, the measurement results meet the company's requirements.
