GTOP series multi-stage programmable light incubator adopts advanced microcomputer programmable control mode. Various parameters of the incubator can be set (including the number of segments, temperature, illuminance, and time) to simulate natural lighting. The side panel of the box is a three-layer hollow glass, which is beautiful in appearance, exquisite in manufacturing process and good in heat preservation performance.

I. Key functions (Figure 2)

Lighting This key is the lighting key of the cabinet. Press this button to turn on the light, press it again to turn off the light. In the operating state, press and hold the lighting key, about 3 seconds later, the time window shows Addr (refer to the communication address, can be ignored in the absence of communication), the temperature window shows the value; then click the set query button, time window Display tc (temperature correction), the temperature window displays the set measurement temperature correction value, the user can modify through the temperature window under the plus, minus keys. Press the Set Query button again, the time window displays CirC (refer to the working mode selection), the user can modify by the plus and minus keys under the temperature window, if the temperature window shows on, the continuous operation mode, the incubator according to the user settings Parameter cycle work, if the temperature window shows off, it means the timing operation mode, the incubator will stop working after the last segment of the operation; press the operation switch button again, and then start operation, and then click the set query button, then back To the operating state. At the factory, Addr=1, tc=0.0, CirC=on.

Set inquiry This key is set/search key. Press the key light box to enter the setting state, the segment number window displays 1, and the time indication window, temperature indication window and humidity light intensity indication window number begin to flash, press the corresponding key to set the parameters for the first paragraph of operation, and then click again The key sets the next operating parameter. If the user needs to run with 8 parameters, set the time parameter of the 9th paragraph to 00, and then press the key again, and the setting will end and return to the running state.

Run toggle This key is the Run/Switch key. In the run state, press this key once and the incubator will start working again from the first segment.

For plus, minus keys. Pressing this key under the setting status can add 1, subtract 1 operation. If you press and hold for 2 seconds, you can add or subtract continuously. In running state, press 1 minus 1 to add or subtract the current running time. Press 2 or 2 to display the set temperature.

II. Indication window

The indicator windows indicate the settings and runtime parameters respectively:

The segment number indicator indicates the setting and the number of run segments. When the number of segments exceeds 9 segments, the decimal point lights up to represent 10 digits; when the segment number exceeds 19, the decimal point flashes, indicating the niche. In paragraph 30, 0 is displayed, and 0 and the decimal point flash at the same time.

The time indication window indicates the time of setting and operation. The time is counted down in the running time, and the unit is hour·minute.

Temperature indication window indicates setting or measuring temperature in °C

The light indication window indicates the current light level in units of %. 20% means a group of lights, 40% means two lights, 60% means three lights, 80% means four lights, and H1% means all lights are all on.

III. Examples of Operation Methods

Two-stage working mode setting example: If the user requires to set the first period of time 12 hours, temperature 20 °C, light intensity 66%, the second period of time 12 hours, temperature 10 °C, light intensity 0. The second cycle works.

Step 1. After power on, press and hold the lighting key, and after about 3 seconds, the Addr is displayed in the time window. The incubator enters the system settings, and then clicks the set query button. The time window displays tc, and the temperature window displays the setting. The temperature correction value can be modified by the user according to the actual situation through the plus and minus keys under the temperature window. Press the Set Query button again, and the time window displays CirC. The user can press the plus and minus buttons under the temperature window to display the temperature on; press the Set Query button again to exit the system setting. Before leaving the factory, the system parameters are generally set to Addr=1, tc=0.0, CirC=on.

2. Click the setting query button, the number of each display window is flashing. At this time, you can set the first paragraph of the operating parameters:

Press 1 plus 1 button to set the control time until the time indication window shows “12” hours;

Press 2 plus 2 button to set the temperature until the temperature indicator window shows "20" °C;

Press the plus 3 minus 3 button to set the illuminance until the illuminance indicator window shows “66%”.

3. Press the Set Query button again to enter the 2nd step setting. The setting step is similar to step 2.

4. Press the Set Query button again to enter the 3rd segment setting. Set the time to “00”. Press the Set Query button again to exit the setting state. Then the light box is set to 2 cycles and the box is pressed. The set parameters are automatically run.

six. Protective function

1. Electric thermal resistance short circuit, open circuit protection: When the thermal resistance is short circuit or open circuit, the temperature indicator window displays “Err”, the light box will automatically stop heating and cooling.

2. Over-temperature protection: When the measured temperature exceeds 53°C or 2°C higher than the set temperature, the heating is automatically stopped.
