I. Overview
RTOP series of multi-stage programmable artificial climate chamber adopts advanced microcomputer programmable control mode. You can set various parameters of the climate box (including number of segments, temperature, humidity, light intensity, and time) to simulate the natural climate. The side panel of the box is a three-layer hollow glass, which is beautiful in appearance, exquisite in manufacturing process and good in heat preservation performance.

Key function (Figure 2)
Lighting This key is the lighting key of the cabinet. Press this button to turn on the light, press it again to turn off the light. In the re-operation state, press and hold the lighting key, about 3 seconds later, the time window shows Addr (refer to the communication address, you can ignore when there is no communication), the temperature window shows the value; then click the set query button, time window Display tc (temperature correction), the temperature window displays the set measurement temperature correction value, the user can modify through the temperature window under the plus, minus keys. Press the setting query button again, the time window displays hc (moisture correction), the temperature window displays the set measurement humidity correction value, the user can modify through the plus or minus key in the temperature window; click again to set the query Key, time window display circ (refer to the working mode selection), the user can modify the temperature window under the plus, minus keys, if the temperature window shows on, then refers to the multi-stage work, incubator according to the user set the multi-parameter cycle work, If the temperature window shows off, then it refers to the multi-stage timing work mode. The incubator stops working after the last segment of the operation is finished; press the setting query key again to return to the running state.
Set inquiry This key is set/search key. Press this key to enter the setting state of the climate box, the segment number window displays 1, the time indication window, the temperature indication window, and the humidity light intensity indicator window number begin to flash, and press the corresponding? ? The key can set the parameters for the first run, and then press this key to set the next run parameter. If the user needs to run with 8 parameters, set the time parameter of the 9th paragraph to 00, and then press the key again to complete the setting and return to the running state. The incubator will automatically run according to the set parameters.
Note: The parameter is set during operation, and the current segment parameter set is invalid in the current segment. It only takes effect if you press the setting query key again to run again.
Run Toggle This key is the Run/Switch key. In the Run state, press this key once to start the incubator again from the first segment.
Humidity illumination This key is the humidity/illuminance switch key. In the running state, the display humidity or light illumination can be switched by pressing this key; in the setting state, press this key to query the current set humidity or light illumination.
For plus, minus keys. Pressing this key under the setting status can add 1, subtract 1 operation. If you press and hold for 2 seconds, you can add or subtract continuously. In the running state, press 1 minus 1 to add or subtract the current running time, press 2 or 2 to display the set temperature, and press 3 or 3 to display the set humidity.
Indication window
The segment number indicator indicates the setting and the number of run segments. When the number of segments exceeds 9 segments, the decimal point lights up to represent 10 digits; when the segment number exceeds 19, the decimal point flashes, indicating the niche. In paragraph 30, 0 is displayed, and 0 and the decimal point flash at the same time.
The time indication window indicates the time of setting and operation. The time is counted down in the running time, and the unit is hour·minute.
The temperature indication window indicates the set and operating temperature in °C
The humidity/light indication window indicates the set and operating humidity or illuminance in units of %RH, percentage. Illumination 20% means that one set of lights is on, 40% means that two sets of lights are on, 60% means that three sets of lights are on, 80% means that four sets of lights are on, and H1% means all lights are all on.
Operation method example
Two-stage working mode setting example: If the user requires to set the first period of time 12 hours, temperature 20 °C. Humidity 75% RH, illuminance 60%, second time 12 hours, temperature 10°C, humidity 70% RH, illuminance 0. The second cycle works.
Step 1. After power on, press and hold the lighting key, and after about 3 seconds, the Addr is displayed in the time window. The incubator enters the system settings, and then clicks the set query button. The time window displays tc, and the temperature window displays the setting. The temperature correction value can be modified by the user according to the actual situation through the plus and minus keys under the temperature window. Press the setting query button again, the time window displays hc, and the temperature window displays the set temperature correction value. The user can modify it according to the actual situation through the plus and minus keys under the temperature window; press the setting query button again, the time The window displays CirC. The user can press the plus/minus key below the temperature window to display on the temperature window; press the set query key again to exit the system setting. Before leaving the factory, the system parameters are generally set to Addr=1, tc=0.0, hc=10, and CirC=on.
2. Click the setting query button, the number of each display window is flashing. At this time, you can set the first paragraph of the operating parameters:
Press 1 plus 1 button to set the control time until the time indication window shows “12†hours;
Press 2 plus 2 button to set the temperature until the temperature indicator window shows "20" °C;
Press the plus 3 minus 3 button to set the humidity until the humidity/illuminance indicator window shows “75â€% RH;
Press the humidity light button, the light is on, set the light level, press 3 minus 3 until the humidity/illuminance indicator window displays 60%.
3. Press the Set Query button again to enter the 2nd step setting. The setting step is similar to step 2.
4. Press the Set Query button again to enter the setting of the third paragraph. Set the time to “00â€. Press the Set Query button again to exit the setting state. Then the Artificial Climate Box is set to work in 2 cycles. Run automatically according to the set parameters.
Seven. Protective function
1. Electric thermal resistance short circuit, short circuit protection: When the thermal resistance is short circuit or open circuit, the temperature indicator window displays “Errâ€, and the climate box will automatically stop heating and cooling.
2. Over-temperature protection: When the measured temperature exceeds 53°C or 2°C higher than the set temperature, the heating is automatically stopped.
3. Wind tunnel over-temperature protection: When the air duct temperature is higher than 70°C, the heating is automatically cut off.
4. Anti-icing protection: When the set temperature is lower than 10°C, the climate chamber will stop humidifying automatically.
