He started from the grassroots level and served as workshop director, director, and deputy general manager of the Chery Passenger Car Division. In October 2012, Zhang Guozhong was named Chery Automobile's purchasing director and general manager of the purchasing company.

Zhu Guohua, who entered Chery in 2003, has served as the head of Chery Auto's Purchasing Department, the Director of the Strategic Planning Department, and the General Manager's Assistant. He participated in the negotiations with Jaguar Land Rover. After Chery Jaguar Land Rover was formally established in 2012, Zhu Guohua became the executive vice president of Chery Jaguar Land Rover Motor Co., Ltd., and after 3 years’ expiry of his term of office, he returned to Chery’s stock for external cooperation.

Bai Leimeng is a representative of Chery’s recently introduced international talents. As early as 1994, Bai Leimeng entered Cadillac as the manager of the engineering department. In 1997, he began working at General Motors and served as director of automotive structural design. In 2004, White Raymond came to China to serve as general manager of the Pan-Asian Automotive Technology Center. In December 2015, Bai Leimen officially joined Chery as head of Chery Automobile Shanghai R&D Center.
