The results of multi-element analysis of raw ore: TR2O3 0.047%, TiO2 0.31%, ZrO2 0.152%, ThO2 0.005%, Sn 0.033%, SiO2 93.87%. Analysis of useful mineral pure minerals: ilmenite contains TiO2 52.19%, FeO 32.40%; monazite contains TR2O3 55.25%, Ce2O3 29.97%, ThO 10.20%, P2O5 30.36%; xenotime contains (Y)2O3 59.10%, P2O5 33.24%; zircon contains ZrO264.74%.
The mining method is water and water transportation, water gun mining, 8 inch sand pump transportation, and the separation processing plant and the selected plant. The rough selection plant has a scale of 2000t/d. The main process is to screen the +2mm part with a sieve, and then select the coarse concentrate through the spiral chute. The ore contains TR09O3 0.509%. After rough selection, the crude concentrate contains TR2O3 1.8%, ZrO2 3.69%, TiO2 4.79%, and R2O3 recovery rate is 72.84%. The selected process is to further discard the tailings from the coarse concentrate with a shaker, and then use magnetic separation, flotation, electro-selection and re-election to obtain monazite, xenotime, ilmenite, zircon and the like.
