Dry granulation technology is included in the revised pharmaceutical industry R&D scope

In recent years, Amended Pharmaceuticals has undertaken a number of national, provincial and municipal technology projects. So far, the Group has a total of 82 patents. Among them, there are 18 technical invention patents and 2 authorizations; 2 utility model patent applications are authorized; 62 industrial design patent applications are granted and 55 are authorized. From 2002 to 2005, there were a total of 13 key pharmaceutical process innovation projects, including 8 short-term projects and 5 medium- and long-term projects. The total investment for all projects is 580 million yuan, including 380 million yuan for short-term projects and 200 million yuan for medium and long-term projects. The innovation projects are as follows: (1) New Class II National Drugs: Geping (irbesartan) raw materials and preparation process and equipment transformation projects were completed at the end of 2003. (2) A national class of new drugs: gatifloxacin raw materials and preparation process synthesis project, completed in November 2003. (3) National second-class new drugs: Rituximab hydrochloride, raw materials and preparations have been researched and developed, and clinical trial approvals have been obtained. Clinical trials are currently underway. (4) National second-class new drugs: Rabeprazole raw materials and process synthesis projects. (5) The extraction process improvement project for the second development of Xin Shen Ning has been completed. (6) The improvement project for the extraction process of the Rehabilitation granules has been completed. (7) Application of macroporous resin adsorption technology in the extraction and purification of drugs. (8) Application of supercritical extraction technology in the extraction of modern Chinese medicine. (9) Application of ultrafine grinding technology in the production of traditional Chinese medicine. (10) Application of membrane separation technology in the production of traditional Chinese medicine. (11) Application of liquid-solid separation technology in the production of traditional Chinese medicine. (12) Application of dry granulation technology in Chinese medicine preparations. (13) Application of nano-pharmaceutical technology in traditional Chinese medicine preparations.
