The entire project was implemented in three phases: the first phase of the introduction of German Henkel technology and some of the equipment and the United States HH company's technology and core equipment, the construction scale of 80,000 tons of fatty alcohol, 120,000 tons of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, the company's annual sales revenue Will reach 2.5 billion yuan; Second phase of the expansion of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether plant, and the introduction of Italian company technology and core equipment, to build an annual output of 120,000 tons of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, with an annual output of 50,000 tons of tertiary amine oxidation Ammonium quaternary ammonium salt and other projects; Phase III will be constructed with an annual output of 80,000 tons of fatty alcohols, an annual output of 120,000 tons of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ethers and an annual output of 120,000 tons of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate devices. After the completion of the third phase project, an annual sales income of 8 billion yuan can be formed. It is expected that the first phase of the project will be completed and put into production by the end of 2013, the second phase of the project will be completed and put into operation by the end of 2014, and the third phase of the project will be completed and put into production by the end of 2016.
