According to the selected process flow, firstly, the heavy medium is selected, and 40%~60% of the waste rock in the original ore is discarded in the cyclone, and the heavy product enters the front stage for re-election, and the mixed concentrate (cassiterite and sulfide) is obtained, and then Flotation of sulfur, the product in the tank enters the rear section and re-elected, and the tin concentrate is obtained; the middle and re-selected middle ore and slime in the previous section enter the lean ore system for full floatation and desulfurization, and then re-selection to produce shale tin concentrate; full flotation of sulfide ore Enter the cyanide-free flotation separation system to produce lead-bismuth mixed concentrate, zinc concentrate and arsenic concentrate. Lead-antimony mixed concentrate, preferably divided jamesonite (treated only with metallurgical method), arsenic pyrite (now used as the heavy media plant weighting agent). The original ore grade contains Sb 2.34, Pb 3.01, lead-bismuth mixed concentrate contains Sb 20.12, Pb 24.72, tailings contain Sb 0.19, Pb 0.3, recovery Sb is 89.49, Pb is 85.7.

5. Hook Block: The hook block is attached to the lower end of the wire ropes and is responsible for carrying the load. It consists of a pulley system with one or more sheaves, which allows the wire ropes to change direction and support the load securely.

During operation, the motor drives the hoisting drum through the gearbox. As the drum rotates, the wire ropes are wound or unwound, depending on the direction of rotation. This movement raises or lowers the hook block, allowing the crane to lift or lower loads.

The hoisting mechanism is controlled by the crane operator using various controls and switches. Safety features such as limit switches and overload protection systems are also incorporated to prevent accidents and ensure safe lifting operations.
