I had the chance to photograph the entire fleet of the Evergreen Park Fire Department the other day. We captured everything they have on hand.

Evergreen Park operates with 10 personnel per shift.

Front-line ambulance – Ambulance 35

Front-line engine – Engine Co 77 (2020 model)

Front-line ladder truck – Truck Co 44

Shift commander – Battalion 4

Second ambulance – Ambulance 33

Engine 51 was at FSI for maintenance, and Engine 49 (which will replace it in 2021) was out of service for repairs.

It's always exciting to see how different departments operate and what equipment they rely on. The Evergreen Park Fire Department has a solid setup, with modern vehicles like the 2020 Engine Co 77 and the upcoming Engine Co 61. Their command structure is well-organized, with a dedicated battalion vehicle and a mobile command center. It’s also interesting to note that some units are currently out of service for maintenance or upgrades, which shows how important regular upkeep is for their readiness. I’m looking forward to capturing more shots of their fleet in action soon!
