Recently, the full-liquid water-cooled screw chiller developed by Jiangsu Jingya Group has successfully passed the rigorous testing conducted by the National Compressor Refrigeration Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. This achievement marks a significant breakthrough in the company's research and development of central air-conditioning systems, reinforcing its position as a leader in the industry. In recent years, full-liquid water-cooled screw chillers have gained widespread attention due to their high cooling capacity, excellent energy efficiency ratio, ease of maintenance, and energy-saving performance—particularly in sectors like the textile industry. However, these systems have long been plagued by technical challenges, such as oil-gas separation, oil return control, liquid supply management, and liquid level regulation. These complexities have historically been controlled by major international companies, leaving the market dominated by foreign players. Faced with these challenges, Jiangsu Jingya Group took a proactive approach by focusing on independent innovation. Following the strategic vision of "specialization, strengthening, and air engineering," the company conducted extensive technical research and market analysis. A prototype with a cooling capacity of 305 kW was tested at the Hefei General GM National Testing Center, and all technical specifications comply with national standards. Notably, the coefficient of performance (COP) reached an impressive 5.32 W/W, surpassing the national standard for Level 1 energy efficiency, which is set at 5.00 W/W. At the 2005 Annual Conference on Heating, HVAC, and Refrigeration in Jiangsu Province, Jingya held a technical promotion event for its full-liquid water-cooled screw chillers. The company showcased its prototypes at the conference, receiving high praise from industry experts and peers alike. This recognition further highlights the product’s potential to reshape the market and drive future innovation in the sector.
