The flatbed truck is also called the construction machinery transporter and is mainly used for transporting some non-detachable objects like excavators, loaders and harvesters. The maintenance of the flatbed truck should pay attention to the following points: 1. The connection between the supercharger of the flatbed transporter and the intake and exhaust pipes must be tightly closed. If there is a leak between the exhaust pipe and the exhaust turbine, the turbocharger efficiency will be greatly increased. Lowering, the exhaust temperature of the diesel engine will rise sharply and damage the valve and the booster.
2. Before starting the new machine, the supercharger and supercharger oil filter must be filled with clean oil to ensure that the diesel engine moves together and the supercharger bearing can be lubricated.
3. Before the diesel engine is stopped, the flatbed truck shall be operated for 3-5 minutes under idle conditions, so that the speed of the supercharger will drop, the temperature will decrease, and the supercharger operation sound will be monitored. If abnormality is found, it should be stopped and checked. If the turbocharger rotor is inflexible and there is stuck or worn sound, it must be sent to a conditional repair station.
4. After the flatbed truck has been operated for 500h or 30,000km, the clearance on the rotor shaft of the supercharger should be checked and dust and coke on the turbine shell and rotor blades of the compressor should be removed. At this point, the turbocharger must be removed from the diesel engine and the metal gasket between the supercharger exhaust pipes replaced. Mechanical methods are not allowed to remove scale on the rotor components, but instead use gasoline or other cleaning liquids for cleaning aluminum parts.
5. Plate transporter turbocharger compressor lock nut can not be removed, otherwise it will destroy the turbocharger rotor dynamic balance, causing turbocharger damage.
6. Flatbed trucks, do not damage or deform the rotating parts of any turbocharger that has been removed, otherwise it will affect the balance of the turbine of the flatbed truck. Also do not damage any rubber seals.
