1. It is forbidden for unread instructions to operate lifting operations.
2. The operation should observe the site in detail. There should be any obstacles within the radius of motion of the swing arm.
3. No one should enter the swing arm's movement radius when lifting.
4. When the vehicle is parked on a slope greater than 12%, it must be stopped with a pad.
5. The pressure adjustment of the hydraulic system is strictly prohibited to exceed the value specified in the instruction manual. After the system is overhauled, the experienced person can adjust the load on the hydraulic test bench before loading.
6. Unloading can only be performed when the outriggers confirm that they are supporting the vehicle. Otherwise, unpredictable danger will occur!
7. The operating procedures must be strictly observed. If abnormal movements of the mechanism are discovered during the operation, the work should be stopped immediately, the cause must be promptly identified, and the trouble must be eliminated before continuing the work.
8. Observe whether the job site meets the requirements before the job.
9. Tighten the parking brake after parking, and use the hand throttle to control the speed of the oil pump.
10. Assemble the support leg cylinder on the ground first, and confirm that the swing arm can be operated for lifting and dumping operations.
11. If the hopper is transported after the operation is completed, the following procedures shall be confirmed:
a. The hopper sling is in a relaxed state
b. The hopper and arm are inserted into the positioning latch
c. The leg cylinder returns to its original position and the positioning pin is inserted
d. The wheel stop block has been removed
