1. Operators are required to obtain an operation certificate after passing the examination, and they must be familiar with the performance, structure, etc. of the machine, and must abide by the safety and shift system.
2. The operator memorizes each lubrication part, lubrication method, type and grade of lubricant, and performs oiling maintenance according to the requirements of the machine lubrication chart.
3.Before starting work, wear protective equipment according to the regulations. Check the records of the handover class for specific inspections of various parts of the grinder. Report any problems in a timely manner, and report irregularities without permission.
4. Check the following parts before starting work
(1) The amount of oil in the sump should reach the specified oil level.
(2) Adjust the tightness of the belt.
(3) The protective cover and the grinding wheel should be firmly fixed in the card, the position is correct, and the dust-proof mat is closely attached.
(4) Check whether the electrical system (motor, distribution box, safety light, wire, grounding wire) is good, no short circuit, and the surrounding environment should be clean.
(5) According to the instructions of the lubrication place, inject the lubricant in sequence.
(6) Turn on the main power supply, and then start the pump motor in sequence. Pay attention to the operation status. If any abnormality is found, the power supply should be turned off immediately. After inspection, handle the vehicle and drive it.
(7) When starting, it should be idling for 3 minutes to check whether the movement of each department is normal, whether the sound is normal and whether the coolant is unblocked.
(8) The wheel should be protected from dampness before loading the grinding wheel. The wheel should be statically balanced. No cracks on the grinding wheel.
(9) When inserting the grinding wheel, a 0.5-1.Omm paper pad shall be placed between the grinding wheel and the pressure plate, and a special wrench shall be used to evenly and firmly tighten the pipe. It shall not be tightened with an elongated pipe to prevent the wheel from bursting.
