Feng Wenhan: The “future retail” strategy was proposed by Mr. Ange. This sales strategy is obviously different from the sales strategy of the past in the automotive industry. Feng Wenhan: The work of “product elites” is mainly to better serve customers and provide customers with more professional solutions to product problems and more thoughtful and meticulous help. My daily work content is mainly to guide customers in the store, to explain the performance of the models, to answer questions such as after-sale maintenance and maintenance. Feng Wenhan: I didn't actually have experience in the automotive industry before. I used to work in grassroots management and e-commerce in shopping malls. I came to Yingzhibao in May last year.
