Safety operation procedures for rotating machinery of concentrator

This regulation specifies the content and requirements for safe operation beneficiation plant rotating machinery.

This procedure is applicable to bench boring, hand drill, coiling machine, rocker drill, lathe, etc. in the concentrator.

2 content

2.1 Operators must be qualified after safety training; wear professional protective equipment such as helmets and gloves before starting work. Employees must wear three tight dresses; women workers must be in safety helmets, not wearing shorts, high heels, and slippers. Do not wear or change clothes next to the machine to prevent the machine from being wounded.

2.2 Check whether all parts of the machine are in good condition before driving, and add lubricant according to the machine lubrication table. Check if the oil level in the oil window meets the requirements. After the low speed is normal, it can operate normally;

2.3 Do not wear gloves when operating the rotating equipment normally;

2.4 It is not allowed to stack irrelevant objects around the machine tool. The work surface should be free of debris and the working environment is clean and tidy;

2.5 The machine tool must not be overloaded, it must be stopped after shifting, and the working light must use safe voltage (36V).

2.6 The work must be securely clamped. It is forbidden to handle the workpiece by hand;

2.7 When using the radial arm drill, the spindle box and the rocker arm should be tightened after the bit position is good;

2.8 It must be stopped when changing the drill bit, fixture and loading and unloading the workpiece;

2.9 Non mouth blown clean scrap iron, hand scan, or other tools must brush;

2.10 It is strictly forbidden to wipe the workpiece or the machine tool spindle with a wrap such as cotton yarn during processing;

2.11 When there is a fault in the operation of the machine tool, it is necessary to stop the machine in time and cut off the power supply to notify the relevant department to overhaul;

2.12 After the shift, the machine must be scrubbed, the site cleaned, cleaned, and the machine power turned off.
