3, the specific content
3.1, handover time:
Day shift: 7:30 - 8:00
Small night shift: 15:30 - 16:00
Big night shift: 23:30 - 0:00
3.2. The succession personnel will enter the production and equipment positions for inspection and debugging 15 minutes before the succession. After the inspection is completed, the pre-class meeting will be held in the conference room at 45 minutes, and the problems in the inspection will be reported to the squad leader for the squad leader to arrange. The production work of this class, after the completion of the shift.
3.3. The shift squad leader must attend the pre-class meeting in order to transfer the two parties to coordinate the existing problems.
3.4. After the meeting is completed, go to the scene to perform the signing procedures for the handover, and insist on face-to-face handover. If the handover personnel are not on site, they will not take over.
3.5, the shift staff must create a good working environment for the next shift, in strict accordance with the "not normal equipment, tools are not complete, the sanitation is not clean, the process is unstable, the record is not perfect, do not pay the handover, otherwise the successor Have the right to refuse.
3.6. Due to the fact that the equipment, process, tools, sanitation, records and other items caused by the successor personnel are not carefully checked, the succession personnel shall be fully responsible.
3.7. For serious equipment or process failures, it still fails to be handled properly at the time of handover. The reason and actual situation should be explained to the successor when shifting.
3.8. When the handover personnel have an objection due to the handover, the duty officer shall be responsible for coordinating the handling and resolution.
