1. What are your main products?

2. Do you have a minimum quantity?
A: No, you can purchase any quantity.

3. What is your delivery time?
A: It depends on whether we have stock or not. If we do, we can deliver within 3 days after receiving payment. Normally, production takes 20 days for one container (20-26 tons) of goods.

4. What is your payment term?
A: Usually, we use 30% advance payment via T/T, and 70% before shipment.

5. How is your quality? And what if we're not satisfied?
A: We produce according to your specifications. If the quality is unsatisfactory, we will refund you.

6. What about the warranty?
A: We are confident in our products and ensure proper packaging for safe delivery. Please inspect the goods upon receipt. If there is damage or quality issues, please take detailed photos and contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue to minimize your loss.

7. Could you send me your catalog and price list?
A: As we have thousands of products, it's difficult to send all catalogs and price lists. Please let us know which items you're interested in, and we'll provide the price list for your reference.
