Structure and Working Principle:
This seeder consists of a rim bracket, transparent seed box, and pushing mechanism. Spacing can be adjusted using 72 M4 threaded holes on both rims. The seed roller allows planting of various seeds such as corn, peanuts, soybeans, mung beans, walnuts, sorghum, and tea.
It can plant different seeds based on the size of the seed roller.Operation:
Users can select eight different spacing options by connecting curved plates around the rims to form a funnel. Each arc nozzle plate is fixed to a child, and the length of the child controls seed depth and spacing. Multiple funnels are fixed on the rims, each trimmed with an S putter. The S putter pushes the transmission rod, which is driven by the wheel. Wheels and wheel types share the same shaft, so when the wheels turn, they control the spacing and drop the seeds into the furrow. The active sub-nozzle axis rotates around a small center weld, allowing three sub-bearings to perform precise opening and closing actions, ensuring the seeds fall into the soil accurately.
The sides of the shaft are connected with flat center bushings, brackets, and stiffeners for adjustment (M6 rod nut fixed). When manually operated, the seeder rolls forward, driven by a sprocket to achieve intermittent sowing. The seeder ensures single grain corn planting and two tablets, meeting the needs of most regional farmers. It comes with five different seed rounds, and users can choose from five colors depending on the grain size. Changing the wheel cover requires removing the seed round and adjusting it manually. For convenience, the factory installs two different wheel sizes (market leader). Users should adjust before sowing and check the seed placement in the furrow. Always monitor the seeding process, identify issues, and make timely adjustments. If improper adjustment causes lack of seeds or germination failure, the factory is not responsible.
Care and Maintenance:
1. Regularly check bolts and self-tapping screws for looseness to prevent dislodging.
2. After sowing, clean all parts and apply oil to prevent rust. Store in a cool, dry place to extend the life of the machine.
Precautions:
1. When using coated seeds, mix them with 0.5% or 0.2% lead oxide powder before placing them in the seed box.
2. Pay attention to foreign objects in the nozzle if the soil is wet or rainy.
3. Ensure the seed round matches the type of seed being used.
4. Do not run backward; push forward according to the arrow direction.
5. Control the seeding speed at 35–40 meters per minute.
6. Keep children away from the machine to avoid accidents and damage.
7. Ensure the seed tank is at least one-third full.
8. Always operate the seeder in the direction of the arrow on the seed box side.
9. If you notice a significant decrease in seed usage per acre, check for blockages or malfunctions to avoid losses.
10. Store spare wheels and accessories inside the box.
11. When adjusting spacing, remember the order and align the parts carefully (pay special attention to the positive side).
