Structure and Working Principle:
The product consists of four main parts: rims, bearing bracket, transparent seed box, and pushing mechanism. Spacing can be adjusted using 72 M4 threaded holes on both sides of the rims according to the desired seed spacing.

Operation:
Users can select eight different spacing options around the rims, where curved plates are connected to form a funnel. Each arc nozzle plate is fixed to a child, and the length of the child is controlled by the pitch to adjust seed depth and spacing. Multiple funnels are fixed on the rims, each side trimmed with a putter S, which is pushed through a transmission rod driven by the wheel. The wheels and wheel types share the same shaft, so when the wheels turn, they create a spacing perspective, allowing seeds to fall into the furrow. The active sub-nozzle axis rotates around a small center weld, enabling precise opening and closing actions, ensuring seeds fall into the soil accurately for optimal planting results.

The sides of the shaft are connected with flat center bushings, brackets, and stiffeners for adjustment (with M6 rod nuts fixed). When manually driven, the seeder rolls forward, and the sprocket drives intermittent motion to achieve sowing.

Planting is essential for achieving single-grain corn planting and two tablets. To meet the needs of most regional farmers, the factory provides five specifications of seed rounds. Users can choose grain sizes and five colors of seed rounds. When changing the types of wheel covers, remove the seed round and push it by hand. Note: For user convenience, the factory installs two different types of wheel sizes (market leader). Friends who choose the machine should complete the installation and adjustment before official sowing. Before sowing, try pushing in the furrow for some distance to check if the seed is normal. After sowing, always check the seeding process, identify problems, and make timely adjustments. If there is a problem with the seed round or improper adjustment, leading to lack of seeds or failure to germinate, the factory will not be responsible.

Care and Maintenance:
1. Regularly check all bolts and self-tapping screws for looseness and tighten them promptly to prevent detachment.

2. After sowing, disassemble the seeder, clean all parts, oil the threads, and prevent rust. Remember the assembly order when disassembling, and store it in a cool, dry place to extend its service life.

Precautions:
1. When using coated seeds, mix them with 0.5% or 0.2% lead oxide powder as a coating agent, then put them into the seed box.
2. Pay special attention to foreign bodies in the nozzle when the soil is wet or rainy.
3. Ensure species match the seed round.
4. Do not run, pull down, or push down (in the direction of the arrow).
5. Control the sowing rate at 35-40 meters per minute.
6. Strictly prohibit children from playing with the machine or touching gears to avoid damage or injury.
7. Seed tank capacity must not be less than one-third.
8. Always run the seeder in the direction of the arrow on the seed box side.
9. If you notice a significant reduction in seed usage per acre, check for obstructions or failures to avoid losses.
10. Keep spare wheels and accessories inside the box.
11. When adjusting spacing, remember the correct assembly order and align the fixed parts carefully (pay attention to the positive side).
12. All dimensions are provided by the factory with the seeding rate; adjust seed and spacing accordingly. Promptly change if the error rate is too high.
13. The appearance and technical standards of the product are subject to the actual appliance, and the factory has the final interpretation.
