Structure and Working Principle:
The seeder consists of a rim bracket, transparent seed box, and pushing mechanism. Adjustments can be made using 72 M4 threaded holes on both rims for different spacing options. This model is suitable for various seeds like corn, peanuts, soybeans, mung beans, walnuts, sorghum, and tea. The seed roller size determines the type of seed that can be planted.

Users can select eight different spacing settings by adjusting curved plates around the rims. Each arc nozzle plate is fixed to a child, and the length of the child controls the seed depth and spacing. Multiple funnels are fixed on the rims, and each funnel is trimmed with an S-shaped putter. The S-shaped putter pushes the transmission rod, which is driven by the wheel. The wheels and wheel types share the same shaft, so turning one wheel adjusts the spacing and directs the seeds into the furrow. The active sub-nozzle axis rotates around a small center weld, allowing precise opening and closing actions to ensure seeds fall into the soil accurately.
The sides of the shaft are connected with flat center bushings, brackets, and stiffeners. Adjustments are made using M6 rod nuts. When operated manually, the seeder rolls forward, and the sprocket drives the intermittent motion for sowing. The seeder is designed to plant one grain of corn or two tablets, catering to the needs of most farmers. It comes with five different seed rounds, allowing users to choose based on grain size and color. Changing the wheel cover involves removing the seed round and replacing it with a new one. For convenience, the factory installs two different wheel sizes (market leader). Users should adjust the settings before starting the official sowing process. Before planting, push the seeder into the furrow to check if the seed is functioning correctly. After sowing, always verify the process to identify and fix any issues promptly. Improper adjustments may lead to seed shortages or germination failure, for which the factory is not responsible.
Care and Maintenance:
1. Regularly check all bolts and self-tapping screws for looseness and tighten them immediately to prevent detachment.
2. After use, clean the seeder thoroughly and oil all threaded parts to prevent rust. Store it in a cool, dry place in its original order to extend its lifespan.
Precautions:
1. When using coated seeds, mix them with 0.5% or 0.2% lead oxide powder before placing them in the seed box.
2. Be cautious when the soil is wet or rainy; check for foreign objects in the nozzles.
3. Ensure proper matching of seed types with the seed round.
4. Do not run, pull, or push against the rotation direction indicated by the arrow.
5. Control the seeding rate to about 35–40 meters per minute.
6. Strictly prohibit children from playing with the seeder or touching the gears to avoid damage or injury.
7. Ensure the seed tank is at least one-third full.
8. Always operate the seeder in the direction indicated by the arrow on the seed box side.
9. If you notice a significant reduction in seed usage per acre, check for blockages or malfunctions to avoid losses.
10. Keep spare wheels and accessories inside the box for future use.
11. When adjusting spacing, remember the assembly order and align the fixed parts carefully (pay special attention to the positive side).
12. All dimensions are provided by the factory. Verify the seed type and spacing. If there is an error, replace it promptly.
