Structure and Working Principle:
The seeder consists of a rim bracket, transparent seed box, and four main parts. Spacing can be adjusted using 72 M4 threaded holes on both rims. It can plant various crops such as corn, peanuts, soybeans, mung beans, walnuts, sorghum, and tea, depending on the size of the seed roller.
Operation:
Users can select eight different spacings around the rims, connected by curved plates to form funnels. Each arc nozzle plate is fixed to a child, and the length of the child controls the seed depth and spacing. Multiple funnels are attached to each side, trimmed with a putter S. The rod drives the wheel, which turns along the same shaft, ensuring consistent spacing. The active nozzle axis rotates around a small center, allowing precise opening and closing actions for accurate planting.
Shaft sides are connected with flat center bushings, brackets, and stiffeners for adjustment. When pushed forward, the sprocket drives the intermittent motion, achieving sowing. The machine ensures one grain per hole or two tablets, meeting the needs of most farmers. It comes with five seed round specifications and offers five color choices. Users can replace the seed rounds by removing the wheel covers and adjusting accordingly.
Care and Maintenance:
1. Regularly check bolts and screws for looseness to prevent loss.
2. After use, clean all parts and oil them to prevent rust. Store in a cool, dry place to extend the lifespan.
Precautions:
1. When using coated seeds, mix with 0.5% or 0.2% lead oxide powder before placing in the seed box.
2. Be cautious when soil is wet or there are foreign objects in the nozzle.
3. Ensure proper matching of species with the seed round.
4. Do not run in reverse; push in the direction of the arrow.
5. Maintain a seeding rate of 35–40 meters per minute.
6. Keep children away from the machine to avoid accidents.
7. Ensure the seed tank is at least one-third full.
8. Always follow the arrow direction when operating the seed box.
9. If seed usage drops significantly, check for blockages or issues to avoid losses.
10. Store spare wheels and accessories inside the box.
11. Adjust spacing carefully, remembering the order of assembly and alignment.
12. Ensure dimensions match the factory’s seeding rates and make adjustments if needed.
13. Final interpretation of product appearance and technical standards belongs to the factory.
