Structure and Working Principle:
The machine consists of a rim bracket, transparent seed box, and pushing mechanism. Spacing can be adjusted using 72 M4 threaded holes on both rims. It can plant various seeds such as corn, peanuts, soybeans, mung beans, walnuts, sorghum, and tea, depending on the size of the seed roller.
Operation:Users can choose eight different spacings. Curved plates form a funnel, and each arc nozzle plate is fixed to a child. Adjust the length according to the pitch to control seed depth and spacing. Multiple funnels are fixed on the rims, and each side is trimmed with a putter S. The push transmission rod drives the wheel. Wheels and types are on the same shaft, so turning one wheel adjusts the spacing and plants the seeds into the furrow. The active sub-nozzle axis rotates around a small weld, allowing three bearings to open and close accurately, ensuring the seeds fall into the soil for precise seeding.
Push the sides of the shaft with flat center bushings and brackets connected together for adjustment (M6 rod nut fixed). When manually driven, the seeder rolls forward, and the sprocket causes intermittent movement to achieve sowing. The planting process ensures one grain of corn or two tablets, meeting most farmers’ needs. The factory provides five seed round specifications, allowing users to choose from five colors and different seed sizes. Changing the wheel cover requires removing the seed round and adjusting it manually. For convenience, the factory installs two different wheel sizes (market leader), and users should complete the adjustment before sowing. Always check the seeding process, identify problems, and make timely adjustments. If issues like lack of seeds or germination failure occur due to improper adjustment, the factory is not responsible.
Care and Maintenance:
1. Regularly check all bolts and self-tapping screws for looseness and tighten them promptly to prevent falling off.
2. After sowing, clean all parts and oil the threads to prevent rust. Store in a cool, dry place, and assemble in reverse order when disassembling for proper debugging.
Precautions:
1. When using coated seeds, mix with 0.5% or 0.2% lead oxide powder and then fill the seed box.
2. Pay attention to foreign objects in the nozzle if the soil is wet or rainy.
3. Ensure the seed rounds match the species being planted.
4. Do not run, pull, or push against the direction of the arrow.
5. Control the sowing speed between 35-40 meters per minute.
6. Prohibited from allowing children to play with the machine or touch the gears to avoid damage or injury.
7. Keep the seed tank at least one-third full.
8. Always run the seeder in the direction of the arrow on the seed box side.
9. If the seed usage per acre significantly decreases, check for blockages or other failures to avoid losses.
10. Store spare wheels and accessories inside the box.
11. When adjusting spacing, remember the correct assembly order and align the fixed parts carefully (especially the positive sides).
12. All dimensions are provided by the factory; adjust seed and spacing accordingly. Promptly change if errors occur.
