Description
The MS series pumps are single stage, double suction, horizontal split case centrifugal pumps designed for high volume water transfer in a wide range of industrial and commercial applications. These pumps are available in 43 sizes, ranging from 80mm to 400mm discharge, with capacities up to 4,000 cubic meters per hour and heads up to 160 meters. The design allows for easy maintenance with simple assembly and disassembly, without the need for special tools. Major wear components and replaceable parts are easily accessible, minimizing downtime during maintenance.
Features
These pumps feature a horizontal, vertical axis medium open-type double pump shell structure with linings made of cemented carbide or rubber, offering excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high reliability. They use high-efficiency hard alloys and have low NPSH (Net Positive Suction Head). The bearing parts are designed with a compact structure and high load capacity, using alloy grease lubrication. Adjusting the clearance between the protection board and impeller ensures efficient operation. The pump can be equipped with packing seals, impeller seals, or container-type mechanical seals to meet different operating conditions. Drive options include belt or coupling transmission, hydraulic devices, reducers, or direct coupling. The outlet direction can be rotated at eight angles to adapt to various installation environments. Multiple series are available to meet long-distance transmission needs.
