The chemical pump is made using reinforced polypropylene (CFR-PP) through injection molding. It features high mechanical strength and excellent corrosion resistance. The design is based on a scientific self-priming pump structure. The pump chamber includes a liquid storage area, backflow check valve, gas separation chamber, and return hole. Initially, it requires fluid filling, but subsequent operations do not need repeated priming. It can handle intermittent liquids and continues to absorb and deliver within 15 minutes. The mechanical seal does not require cooling water. This pump offers easy operation, safety, and no leakage, making it an ideal replacement for submersible pumps.
